How do I feed the herbs & what dosage?
You may simply add to the normal hard feed and dampen down or to make a herbal tea steep for 5 minutes then pour the herb and liquid into your horses feed and mix well. Dosage rates are on all our labels.

 

My horse won’t eat the herbs or leaves them in his bin.
The majority of horses love their herbs. For others it may take a little time and patience. Grated apple, a little honey or a sprinkle of peppermint on top may be all it takes!

 

How long is the shelf life.
Best before dates are on every label of all our products and may range from 12 months or 2 years from date of purchase. Store in a cool, well ventilated position out of direct sunlight.

 

Why can’t I see postage costs?
Postage is calculated on kg content and post code and also we pass on to our clients discounted postage rates that we receive from Australia Post. Therefore we do not have set rates which means that if you order 1kg you will pay for 1kg, not for up to 5kg as some businesses charge as a set block rate. This is a simpler, more cost effective and ethical process to keep costs down for our clients. We inform you of that postage cost once an invoice is raised or you may choose to send a Message from our Site with your postcode and proposed kilo weight.

 

Why can’t I pay online at point of ordering?
As we tailor postage costs to your specific order and location, we calculate this into the invoice we send you along with the product total. We then will call for card details or alternatively direct deposit details will be on the invoice emailed to you.

 

Can I purchase herbs near me from a supplier?

When can I expect to receive my order & is it trackable?
We endeavour to process and despatch orders within 24 hours. We will inform you as to when your order will be despatched and the likely timeframe to receive your order.

Orders are fully trackable and we can do that for you or supply a tracking number. If an email address is supplied, Australia Post will provide updates to your inbox.

 

Can I return herbs?
If clean, sealed, unopened and purchased within one month, you may return to us. The cost is borne by you.
